“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
It can be disheartening to look around and see how broken our families and communities have become. Not only has our physical health declined as a society, but our spiritual, emotional and social health has suffered too.
But we can’t give in to despair, our God gives us hope! He has given us His guidance in how to live holy and joyful lives, even in the darkest times. Some things are beyond our control; but we do control our choices. And we have the power to build holy, healthy families and communities by making holy, healthy choices.
God has gifted each of us with unique talents to further His kingdom. We are called to boldly and unapologetically live out our faith in every aspect of our lives, bringing Christ into our families, workplace, schools, and everywhere we go.
In this community, we’ll talk about all aspects of family health from a Christian, holistic point of view. We’ll talk about women’s health, pregnancy, babies, parenting, traditional medicine, functional medicine, public health and more. Empowering you with the knowledge to make holy, healthy choices for yourself and your family.
